Comprehensive Analysis of Dehumidifier Classification

Dehumidifiers are also called dehumidifiers, moisture-proof machines and moisture-exhausting machines. The dehumidifier can be used as a desiccant, so it can also be called a desiccant dehumidifier. The working principle of the dehumidifier: The cooling dehumidifier usually consists of an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor, an expansion valve, a fan and an outer casing. During normal operation, the evaporator absorbs external heat and the condenser emits heat outward.  Under the action of the fan, the humid air is sucked from the left air inlet, and the heat is exchanged through the evaporator, and the temperature is lowered; when the humid air reaches the dew point temperature, the moisture is precipitated due to condensation, and the absolute moisture content of the humid air is decreased.  When the condenser is continuously passed through the condenser, the temperature is increased again to achieve the purpose of heat preservation and dehumidification.

Desiccant type dehumidifier mainly includes:

1. Cooling dehumidifier:

1.1 According to the function, it can be divided into: general type, cooling type, temperature adjustment type, multi-function type.
The general type dehumidifier means that the air is cooled and dehumidified by the evaporator, and is heated by the reheater to reduce the relative humidity.  The heat of condensation of the refrigerant is completely carried away by the air flowing through the reheater, and the temperature of the outlet air cannot be adjusted, and is only used for the dehumidifier for heating and dehumidification.

The cooling type dehumidifier means that on the basis of the general type dehumidifier, the condensation heat of the refrigerant is mostly carried away by the water-cooled or air-cooled condenser, and only a small part of the condensation heat is used for heating the air after passing through the evaporator for cooling and dehumidification.

The tempering dehumidifier refers to a dehumidifier that on the basis of a general dehumidifier, the condensation heat of the refrigerant can be taken away in whole or in part by a water-cooled or air-cooled condenser, and the remaining condensing heat is used to heat the air passing through the evaporator and the outlet air temperature can be adjusted.

The multi-functional dehumidifier refers to a dehumidifier that integrates three functions of temperature rise and dehumidification (general type), temperature drop dehumidification, temperature adjustment and dehumidification.  It also refers to a dehumidifier that can select dehumidification by heating and dehumidifying function when there is no outdoor unit (air cooling) or cooling water (water cooling).

1.4 According to the applicable temperature range, it can be divided into: type A (common type 18 ~ 38 °C), type B (low temperature type 5 ~ 38 °C).

1.5 According to the method of returning the wind, it can be divided into: the hood with the hood, the back and the upper and the back.

1.6 According to the control form, it can be divided into: automatic type and non-automatic type.
