Working Characteristics of Cool Air Dehumidifier

Cool air dehumidifier is a pipeline temperature and humidity control method and equipment. It can refrigerate and dehumidify indoors at different indoor and outdoor temperatures to meet the indoor temperature and humidity requirements.

(1)Cooling and dehumidifying mode

When the indoor temperature and humidity are relatively high and the indoor cooling load is relatively large, the system runs in the cooling and dehumidification mode. At this time, the four-way valve is not charged, the system operates in a refrigeration mode, the second heat exchanger branch in the room is turned off by an electromagnetic valve, the outdoor heat exchanger is a condenser, and the first heat exchanger in the room is an evaporator. Indoor air is only cooled and dehumidified by the first heat exchanger and returns to the room as low temperature and low humidity air. In this mode, the air or water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger can be adjusted to further adjust the refrigeration and dehumidification capacity. The refrigeration and dehumidification capacity increase with the increase of the air or water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger.

(2)Temperature regulation and dehumidification mode

When indoor humidity and humidity load are relatively high, and the indoor cooling load is relatively small, the system runs in the mode of temperature regulation and dehumidification. At this time, the four-way valve is not charged, and the system still operates in refrigeration mode. The outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor second heat exchanger are two parallel condensers, and the indoor first heat exchanger is an evaporator. After the indoor air is cooled and dehumidified by the first heat exchanger, it is reheated by partial condensation heat in the second heat exchanger, and the air returns to the room. In this mode, the air and water volume of the outdoor heat exchanger can be adjusted to adjust the heat transfer distribution of the two condensers, and further control the indoor reheat, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the indoor air temperature.
